PORT 32 Marinas and Acme Marinas have strategically merged their marina profiles, creating one of the largest marina platforms along the Atlantic and Gulf Coasts. The combination of Acme’s seven marinas and PORT 32’s 10 properties create a platform of 17 waterfront locations with approximately 4,000 slips.
PORT 32 has spent more than a decade refining marinas in some of the nation’s most popular coastal markets, including Palm Beach Gardens, Fort Lauderdale, Naples, Marco Island, Cape Coral, Tampa, Tierra Verde, Jacksonville, and Lighthouse Point in Florida, along with Morehead City, North Carolina. Acme’s portfolio includes Sag Harbor Yacht Yard, Annapolis Landing Marina, Sanibel Marina, MacDougall’s Cape Cod Marine Service, Falmouth Marine Yachting Center, Falmouth Ferry, Coinjock Marina & Restaurant, and Vineyard Haven Marina.

PORT 32’s CEO Austin Schell will continue to serve as CEO of the combined organization, while Shaw will serve as chief investment officer and Tucker as chief financial and chief administrative officer.
The announcement is made as PORT 32 has officially started pre-leasing for its new Palm Beach Gardens location, a marina that debuts in December. The new marina will include 450 total slips, including 430 enclosed CAT 5 hurricane-rated dry slips and 20 wet slips.
