D-Marin announced that its shareholder, CVC, has reached an agreement with InfraVia for InfraVia to acquire the company. InfraVia is an independent private equity firm in Europe and acquired the selection of marinas after CVC acquired it in 2020.
“We are delighted to support D-Marin in this new chapter alongside its management team. The company has become a leading premium marina platform across the Mediterranean, with a strong brand, high-quality assets and a customer-first culture,” said Vincent Levita, CEO of InfraVia.
D-Marin now includes 28 marinas across 9 countries and manages 12 boatyards that serve more than 2,500 yachts annually. With more than 1,000 dedicated berths, the selection of marinas hosts more than 50,000 customers each year. The transaction is expected to be completed in 2026, subject to customary approvals, according to D-Marin.
“InfraVia has consistently demonstrated clear alignment with D-Marin’s customer-first philosophy and our purpose of enriching the yachting experience, and we are well positioned together to accelerate the next phase of our growth,” said Oliver Dörschuck, CEO of D-Marin. “Our partnership with CVC has been instrumental in shaping D-Marin into the business it is today, and the strong foundation it helped build is what powers our next chapter.”
